Returns & RefundsI opened the box and the ceiling lamp was already cracked, which sucked. It looked decent when lit, but support wanted €50 for a small spare and charged €65 to take it back. I'd warn friends — be careful next time, please.

Returns & Refundsfirm, kind of dense, gives good lumbar support and actually eased my lower back during long days at the desk. Customer service was a mess though, really slow replies and the refund process after I tried cancelling was a joke. Mixed feelings, honestly.
