Not worth the hassle
Not worth the hassle
Returns & RefundsI opened the box and the ceiling lamp was already cracked, which sucked. It looked decent when lit, but support wanted €50 for a small spare and charged €65 to take it back. I'd warn friends — be careful next time, please.
Late but decent support
Late but decent support
Returns & Refundsfirm, kind of dense, gives good lumbar support and actually eased my lower back during long days at the desk. Customer service was a mess though, really slow replies and the refund process after I tried cancelling was a joke. Mixed feelings, honestly.
Finally fit the space

Productthe colour looked different in the box and the little parts were all jumbled, but once I wrestled it into the nook and lined up the doors, something clicked. The cane-ish panel reads fine from across the room, and the frame's shade blends with the rest of the bedroom. Customer support sent the missing screws quickly, which was a relief. Pretty glad I gave it a shot; it’s become surprisingly homey.
Waiting for chairs that never showed
Waiting for chairs that never showed
DeliveryI kept picturing these chairs in my kitchen — the right height, a bit of cushion, you know — but I never actually got to sit in them. Ordered two on July 19 with delivery by Aug 2, and after that it was one excuse after another. Transporter said they were waiting on a third package, then tracking said two had been dispatched, then later told me all three were still at the warehouse. I rang after‑sales to ask for a refund and the rep couldn’t even give a refund reference — which, as someone who cares about records, felt really off. The photos made the chairs look nice, and I might still buy if things were reliable, but this whole delivery/refund mess soured it. If you order, double‑check stock and ask for a proper refund number up front. Little things like that make a big difference.
Rainy Saturday surprise
Rainy Saturday surprise
ServiceGot it on a rainy Saturday and the quick delivery surprised me. Some panels and battens arrived cracked, assembly was messy and slow, but customer service actually sorted replacements fast. Not perfect, but better help than from bigger stores.
Not worth it for timed orders
Not worth it for timed orders
DeliveryI wouldn’t trust them for gifts you need on time. I ordered several big items for the holidays and they promised delivery before Christmas — that was the whole reason I used them. I cancelled part of the order within hours (I was told the cancellation went through) and was told the rest would ship right away. Spoiler: nothing shipped on time. Weeks passed, my delivery status barely moved, and then they told me the items were “lost.” Lost a trampoline and a large armchair? Sure. I asked for a refund instead of waiting another month. They emailed me the same day I posted a complaint asking nicely to take down the review in exchange for a discount, and then another email said they’d sort it and refund me. I got about half my money back, which I appreciate — at least something happened — but I’m still waiting on the rest. It’s been over two weeks since they said they’d complete the refund. At this point I’ll have to file a dispute with my card if it doesn’t clear soon. My tip: if it’s time-sensitive, don’t gamble; keep screenshots and be ready to go to your bank. Glad I got some money back, but overall it was messy and stressful.
