Returns & RefundsThe poster I ordered came all messed up, eh? It was wrinkled and damaged because they didn't package it properly. I tried contacting customer service, but it took forever for them to reply. And when they finally did, they said I had to pay for shipping to send it back if I wanted a replacement. I'm not happy with how they handled this whole situation - lacking care and communication, you know?
