I bought a phone case from this store not long ago and when it arrived, there was a little peel on one side. I got in touch with customer service and they right away sent me a new case at no cost. It was a bit annoying to get the wrong case at first, but the team fixed it quickly and sent me the right one without asking for the first case back.
