DeliveryI bought the Explorateur watch from you guys not too long ago. I was pretty stoked to get my hands on it, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I thought. Supposed to show up in November, but didn't get it until December. And to top it off, when it finally arrived, the thing was busted. The minute hand was all over the place whenever I moved the watch, so I couldn't even use it to check the time properly. I tried reaching out to the customer service team through email, but haven't heard back from them yet. The lack of response is super frustrating and really makes me question how reliable your customer service is.
