I bought a Mini+ air purifier not long ago, but it didn't work when I first tried it. I got it on a Saturday and tried setting it up the next day, but it wouldn't turn on at all. I called customer service for help, but the person I talked to wasn't very good at English and kind of talked down to me. I had a frustrating time dealing with them, so I just returned the purifier to the store and got a different one that my friend suggested.

I bought something from this company hoping it would be great. But then I found out it wasn't easy being an international customer. The filters for the product cost a lot, and when you add the shipping, it's hard to replace them often like they say you should. When I talked to customer service about it, they just gave me a generic answer saying they only ship to the US and Canada. Not being flexible for international customers is a big problem for the company, even though their product is pretty good.

So, my air purifier decided to quit on me after just 3 years of using it. I reached out to customer service to see about getting it fixed or replaced, but they basically told me my warranty was up and I'd have to buy a new one. This guy Joel, who said he was a supervisor, didn't seem to care at all and just said there was nothing they could do. It's kind of ridiculous that with these things costing so much, they don't have any repair services or a team to figure out what went wrong. I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated with the lack of options and the terrible customer service. Definitely won't be buying from them again.

So, I ran into a big problem with this company's lack of customer service for folks living outside of the US. Even though I bought something from them back when I was in the US, now that I'm in Canada, they won't give me the replacement filters I need. Because of this, I've had to buy expensive filters from other sellers, and it's been super frustrating and inconvenient.

However, after using their air purifier for just a few months, it started to act up and needed constant fixing. Even though they claimed quality and durability, I was stuck dealing with issues that messed with my daily routine. When it finally stopped working, I contacted customer service, only to hear that it was out of warranty and I'd have to buy a refurbished one at a small discount. I was really let down and annoyed by the company's lack of reliability and customer care. In the end, I switched to a different brand and have been happy with my choice ever since. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from this company to really think it over before making the same mistake I did.

I bought an air purifier and was told that I could easily get replacement filters. But now they're saying I can't buy the filters, and they don't know when they'll be available in Canada. I feel like they lied to me and were not honest about it.
