So, I got this air purifier back in early 2018 and man, it's been running non-stop ever since. Yeah, it was pretty expensive at $799 plus tax, but hey, it does the job well. I even told my friends about it, but that was before I had to order more units for them. Let me tell you, the website is a total disaster. Like, seriously, buggy checkout processes and like, zero customer support. I had to go through all these hoops just to place an order, and then it got rejected for no reason at all. The customer support was no help at all, like totally clueless. I really regret recommending Molekule now.
And don't even get me started on the auto-refills system. Supposed to be hassle-free? More like a huge headache. To be honest, this whole experience has me questioning if this fancy device was even worth the investment.
