Productthe photos on the site and what showed up were clearly not the same. I sent screenshots and photos; they replied and offered a tiny 10% refund and said to keep the shoes. I was annoyed, for sure, but oddly satisfied the moment I tried them on — they actually felt comfortable, which surprised me. Still, they look and feel cheap up close, and I wouldn’t wear them to a nice event. So useful if you want comfort for home, not for style.
