Ordered cover up pants and a cover up dress. Quality is horrible. Didn’t like pants and dress had large stain on it. Requested refund (process and customer service is horrible). They said they would replace the dress and I did not have to return it so I returned the pants. After I had tried them on I immediately put them back into their original packaging and mailed them. They are refusing to refund my money as they are saying they are not in good condition and have to be destroyed. Outright lie. Then they told me that the dress was out of stock and that I have to return it at my expense for a credit. This item was defective. I should not have to pay to return it, and I told them I do not want a credit I want a refund. They are refusing. This is a horrible company.

OMG, you guys, don't even bother buying anything from that place, they're total scammers. My family bought a swimsuit that didn't even fit, so we tried to return it. But they were like, sorry, you can only get store credit and they even charged us to print the return label. And on top of that, they gave us less money back than what we originally paid. It's such a joke.

Hey there, Canadian shoppers! Just a heads up - if you need to return something, you might end up having to pay for shipping to the US out of your own pocket. And to make matters worse, if the product is low quality, it feels like adding salt to the wound. It's annoying that the item was shipped from somewhere in Canada originally, but now we have to send our returns across the border to the US. It's just not logical and definitely a pain.

I was a bit unsure about getting a bathing suit online, especially from a company in another country, but I decided to give it a shot. They were great at keeping me in the loop about my order through email. When the bathing suits arrived, I was really impressed with the quality. I did have to send one back, but getting a refund was easy and fast. All in all, I'm super happy with how everything went and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I wanna give you all a heads up as a customer who was really let down by this company. I decided to order some swimwear, but then I saw some bad reviews on Reddit and instantly regretted it. So, I cancelled my order super fast, like within 15 minutes. But then Modlily said I’d get my money back, but that didn’t happen. They told me I could get store credit but I wasn’t interested in that at all. I even showed them proof from our chat that I cancelled, but they still wouldn’t refund me. I got my bank involved and showed them more proof, but Modlily didn’t keep their promise. They didn’t even send me the product, but still wouldn’t give me my money back. It’s really disappointing and unprofessional how they handled the situation. It’s just so frustrating.

I bought two things and had no trouble returning them. The swimsuits are made with really good stuff, much better than the ones on that other site - the fabric doesn't feel cheap at all. I'm a satisfied customer and definitely plan on buying more things based on how it went the first time.

I really like your clothes! It's too bad there are no free returns for us Canadians. Sending stuff back costs, like, $25! I had a bathing suit I wanted to exchange, but I was worried it wouldn't fit. If returns were free, I totally would have exchanged it.

My experience with the company was pretty good! I got a dress and a bathing suit, but they were both too big for me. I usually fall in between sizes, so I went with the larger size this time, but it was a mistake. Luckily, returning the items for store credit was easy and quick. With the store credit, I got some tops that fit perfectly and are really well-made. The top I wore also washed up nicely. It did take a bit of time for the returns and delivery, but it was all good and as expected.

My debit card was charged twice by Modlily for $60.78.
On Sept 5 (324816861191) my debit card was charged the amount $16.37 and (324816861191) the amount $44.41 (which totals $60.78). Then again on Sept. 8 (324816861191) I was charged $60.78. I only order one item which was a black sweater for $44.41. I have contacted them by email and also I sent a message to Paypal.
