The pieces are solid, fit well and feel comfortable for long days — and that no‑pressure virtual stylist was actually useful, more so than I'd expected. Customer service follows through, and I liked that the CEO sends occasional non-sales notes, which felt genuine. You do pay a bit more than usual, but for me the quality justifies it.
