Wardrobe staple, mostly
Wardrobe staple, mostly
ProductOn a rainy Tuesday I realised nearly half my office wardrobe comes from MM LaFleur. The pieces are solid, fit well and feel comfortable for long days — and that no‑pressure virtual stylist was actually useful, more so than I'd expected. Customer service follows through, and I liked that the CEO sends occasional non-sales notes, which felt genuine. You do pay a bit more than usual, but for me the quality justifies it.
Nice clothes, annoying returns

Returns & Refundsno pre-paid return label, return info hidden in FAQs, and an unnecessary Captcha you have to pass before you can start a return. Then their site tells me I must contact support to finish a return for items that are supposedly returnable. Other shops make that easy. Good clothes, subpar service, I probably won’t reorder.
Good pieces, bad follow-through
Good pieces, bad follow-through
Servicetracking just said "label created" and no emails. I emailed twice that week and crickets. Tried the customer service number — got a generic voicemail like from someone's home — seriously. Chatted with an online agent who said she had no idea where the package was. I called their DC store; the woman there tried to help but clearly couldn't fix website issues. After nearly four weeks of back-and-forth I finally got a refund. I wanted to love this female-run label, but the whole experience left me disappointed and a bit wary to recommend them again. I'm still a little sad about it, honestly.
