My purchase was super cute clothes!
OMG, I was pumped to get my package from here! The delivery was crazy fast, I mean, I got my clothes in a flash. And the quality of the clothes was unreal, like seriously top-notch. The customer service was amazing, they were so friendly. And they even threw in this adorable little sample in my package, how nice is that? I'd definitely keep coming back to shop here, I'm totally obsessed!
Easy to use app, quality top, first order
I just bought something on this app for the first time, and I gotta say, it was super smooth and fun. The app was so easy to use, I found what I wanted right away. The top I got was really good quality, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the whole shopping process was. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Order issue with duplicate payments
I had a really frustrating time ordering from this company. I tried to buy something, but when I was paying, I got an error message saying my request had timed out. I checked my bank account and didn't see any payment or email, so I tried to order again. Turns out, I got charged twice and got two emails for the same item. Such a headache!
Green High Waisted Ruched PU Trousers
I just bought those Green High Waisted Ruched PU Trousers and I gotta say, they're amazing! The material is top-notch and the color is so vibrant. They fit me perfectly and everyone kept telling me how great they looked. Definitely a great pick for my closet and I'd totally suggest them to anyone wanting some stylish and comfy pants.
Stunning dress
I just bought this amazing dress from this company and I am so thrilled with it. The dress came quickly and looked exactly like it did on the website. I was really impressed with how great the material was and it fit me perfectly. Plus, there are always awesome sales going on, so it's super affordable to shop here. All in all, I had a fantastic shopping experience and I will definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.
See-through clothes
I recently bought some clothes online from this store, and unfortunately, the quality was really bad. Every item I got was see-through, and there was no mention of that on the website. I ended up sending the clothes back, but to my surprise, I had to pay for the return shipping, which wasn't clear when I was checking out. I used Klarna to pay for my order, and now they're trying to charge me for the delivery and return, which comes to over £12! When I contacted customer service about this unexpected charge, they were not helpful at all and basically said that's just how it is. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Sizing and quality feedback
I just bought some stuff from this store the other day, and I gotta say, it's a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to the sizing and quality. One of the shirts I got seemed like it was made with really cheap material, almost like they didn't even finish making it properly. But then, my bodysuit was actually not bad at all. And to top it all off, I got two pairs of cycling shorts in the same size, but they fit totally different. One pair fit perfectly, but the other looked like it was made for a kid.
Refund Issue
I’m pretty bummed about my recent purchase from this store. I ordered something in February, but when I got it, I didn’t like it at all. So, I sent it back right away. They got it back no problem, but then they made me chase them down for my refund because they hadn’t processed it. It took them forever to give me back my money, and when they finally did through PayPal, it wasn’t even the full amount. I had to show them proof that they shortchanged me, which I did super quick. But even after that, they pretty much said tough luck and told me to deal with it on my own.
Customer Service Experience
My experience with customer service at this company was amazing. I had a couple questions about my order and returns, and the staff there was really quick and helpful. Eleana especially stood out - she was professional and went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks to her, my concerns were sorted out quickly. I'm really happy with the service I received from this company.
Pretty dresses
I picked up some really nice dresses from this store and most of them fit just right, but some ended up being too big. Had to send them back, but it was a pretty simple process. Just used the return label that came with the dresses and shipped them off. Did end up losing a little money on the return, which was kinda disappointing, but at least got some cash back. The folks in customer service were super friendly when I reached out about the return label. They responded quickly and were so helpful! The dresses arrived really quickly after I placed my order and I felt so classy trying them on. Excited to show them off this summer!
new clothes for my kid
My mom totally dropped the ball and forgot to update the address for my new clothes. I was so close to losing it and shedding a tear, but then Customer Service Joseph came to the rescue and sorted it out in no time. Big shoutout to Joseph for saving the day! Thanks a bunch, Joseph!!
Customer service, refund, problem-solving
I had such a good experience dealing with customer service the other day trying to get a refund. Joseph was super helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. He was so patient and made sure everything was taken care of. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated he was.
