CheckoutI tried to buy some stuff online the other day, and I put in all the info for my 5 items, but then the final button wouldn't work because of some computer issue. It was so irritating! I had to call customer service and give them all the details again, like the monogram for 3 of the items. It was a pain to do it all over again. Even though the rep repeated everything back to me, I still felt a bit worried that there might be mistakes. If I could've just finished my order online, none of this mess would have happened.
