I've been using my dust collector/drill for about 9 months now, and I have to say, I absolutely love it. After developing allergies to dust post-COVID, I needed to find a way to keep working without triggering my symptoms. I came across a recommendation for a brand that had a dust collector/drill on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I also purchased some bits for it, which have been a 100% yes for me as well. Unfortunately, my pen drill stopped working twice for some reason. However, both times the MelodySusie team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They quickly assisted me, and I received the replacement pen within about 2 days. I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received. Accidents happen, but what matters most is how a company handles them, and MelodySusie went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly. I am extremely pleased with my overall experience, and I will definitely be recommending this brand to anyone in search of the items I purchased.

I'm super happy with the nail stuff I got from that online shop. They had a lot of choices, and I found just what I wanted. The quality was even better than I expected, and I've gotten lots of compliments on how it turned out. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my hair dryer purchase from this company. Eh bud, so this was my first time ordering from this place and it was pretty awesome! I wanted to surprise my wife with a nail dust collector, but I accidentally ordered it in white instead of pink (I should've known she'd want pink, eh). So I shot off an email to customer service right away, like ten minutes after making the order. And you know what? They got back to me real quick, like within twenty minutes, saying they changed my order to pink! How cool is that, eh? Fast and friendly service like that can be hard to come by these days, but MelodySusie is totally on top of it. I'm definitely gonna be shopping here more often now, you know?

I just had to get a new handpiece for my scarlet MS drill because it was making this awful metallic sound when I used it at high speeds. I reached out to customer service and they checked out the video I sent right away. They sent me a replacement in no time. The new handpiece works like a charm and I'm really happy with the service I got. The customer service folks were super nice and quick to help, they went above and beyond. It made the whole thing easy and stress-free.
