I filmed the problem and contacted the seller, who looked at the video, then asked for an order number. I gave the wrong Amazon order and after that — silence. I reached out three more times, messaged on Instagram, waited over a week and heard nothing. The item is out of warranty but I expected at least some troubleshooting tips or where to buy parts. Feeling ignored is the worst part; I don't want a replacement, just basic help. This whole experience left me disappointed.

Eh bud, so this was my first time ordering from this place and it was pretty awesome! I wanted to surprise my wife with a nail dust collector, but I accidentally ordered it in white instead of pink (I should've known she'd want pink, eh). So I shot off an email to customer service right away, like ten minutes after making the order. And you know what? They got back to me real quick, like within twenty minutes, saying they changed my order to pink! How cool is that, eh? Fast and friendly service like that can be hard to come by these days, but MelodySusie is totally on top of it. I'm definitely gonna be shopping here more often now, you know?
