ServiceI just had to get a new handpiece for my scarlet MS drill because it was making this awful metallic sound when I used it at high speeds. I reached out to customer service and they checked out the video I sent right away. They sent me a replacement in no time. The new handpiece works like a charm and I'm really happy with the service I got. The customer service folks were super nice and quick to help, they went above and beyond. It made the whole thing easy and stress-free.
