TrackingThe dog bed I bought was really nice, it matched my home's modern style perfectly. But the quality wasn't great, which was a letdown. Even though I got a tracking number when I ordered it, the package never got to USPS. I kept an eye on the package and contacted customer service, but all they did was give me the same tracking number over and over again. It was annoying to find out that my package was lost and they had to send it again with a new tracking number from USPS. In the end, it took a long two weeks for my order to show up.
