ServiceI had a terrible experience with this company's customer service. They added extra fees I wasn't told about, and my order from November 8th still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them twice asking about my purchase, but I haven't heard back. The prices for their dog stuff are really high, so you'd think they'd treat their customers better, but that's not the case.

ServiceI wouldn't bother dealing with this company, eh. Their customer service is brutal and they're terrible at keeping in touch. They straight up cancelled my first order without telling me until I had to bug them about it. And then, they tried to blame the shipping company for the hold-up even though they never even sent out my package. It's a total nightmare trying to get help when their customer service is only available by email during regular business hours, eh. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, eh.
