Returns & RefundsI bought some stuff at this store not too long ago, and to be honest, I thought the prices were way too high. On top of that, I ran into some problems with the customer service folks. I tried to return four things, but their system messed up and said one had already been returned, so they wouldn't give me my money back. I tried to explain the whole situation, but they just couldn't seem to get it. Talking to them was super frustrating because it felt like they weren't really listening to me. All in all, I was pretty let down by the service I got.
