Face mask order
I recently bought some face masks and I gotta say, it was a real letdown. The website claimed they would ship out on the same day if I ordered before a certain time. But the reality was totally different, felt like a scam to be honest. I really needed those masks by a specific day, so I went for the expedited shipping even though there was enough time for regular shipping. It's been two weeks now and still no sign of my order. On top of that, they took my money right away. I tried emailing customer service twice but haven't heard a peep back. Pretty disappointing lack of communication and service, not gonna lie. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
My recent purchase
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I gotta say, I've never been let down. The stuff they sell is always top quality, and every time I get a mask from them, it's exactly what I was looking for. And to top it off, the delivery is super quick - I usually get my order in less than a week. I love that the masks are certified, too. I checked the number on the mask myself to make sure they're legit. Plus, they've got a bunch of cool designs to choose from, so I always find something that fits my style. If you need a mask, I totally recommend checking out this store.
Unprofessional Service
I just bought something from this company and it was a total nightmare. I placed my order a couple weeks ago and then figured out pretty quick that I didn't want it anymore. But when I tried to cancel, they told me it was already shipped out, even though they'd just made a label for it. And then, the next day, I got a shipping notice from USPS, which didn't match what they said. Plus, the masks I got were no good quality and didn't have the right certification for real KN95 masks. I wouldn't suggest this company to anybody who wants good and professional service.
