The headphones I picked up were top-notch! The sound quality and functionality were amazing, and I absolutely loved the one-button control feature. But, after using them for a while on long phone calls, I started hearing a strange sizzle sound. I contacted customer support, and they were super quick to respond and very friendly. Right now, I've got the Emberton and Willien models, and I can't wait to get my hands on the Woburn 3. I think it would be a great idea for the company to offer their products in more countries, not just France.
