Made Trade - Reviews and experiences

Wow, what a total disaster! They just up and cancelled my order out of nowhere, no heads up or anything. So I reached out to them to get my money back, because I needed to buy the stuff somewhere else now. But then they suddenly said they messed up and a whole new shipment was coming. I told them again that I wanted my money back, but they straight up ignored me. And when my order did finally show up, I tried to send it back, but their site said it was already done. This whole thing has been a total joke, can't believe it.

I ordered two things, but only one showed up. The other one came a month later but was totally different from what was listed, so we sent it back. They kept making excuses about it being delayed or custom-made, but I've received things from other sellers with no issues. They only gave me a refund after I threatened to open a dispute. I won't be purchasing from them again.

I was so disappointed with the wooden stool and clothes I got online - they were all defective and didn't even fit properly. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning them and it's going to cost me a lot of money. What a letdown.
