CommunicationI bought this candle that I was really looking forward to trying. But when it came, it didn't smell natural like it was supposed to – it was more like perfume. I was let down by the product, so I tried getting in touch with customer service to see if I could return or exchange it. I left two voicemails and sent two emails, but I haven't heard back from anyone yet. It's frustrating when you don't get any help or direction when you're having trouble with something you bought.
