Returns & RefundsAs someone who has put in a lot of time and effort to keep my curls bouncy and healthy, I was really let down by the product I bought. My curls ended up frizzy, heavy, and flat after just one use, no matter how many times I tried to clean and detoxify my hair. It's annoying that the product did so much harm after just one use, and even worse that the company wouldn't let me return it or give me a refund.

Returns & RefundsThis company really let me down by not allowing returns. It was so frustrating because they didn't say anything about it on their website. I bought these cheap products that didn't work at all. My hair felt terrible after using them - like straw! The shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioner were all so bad. I definitely wouldn't suggest spending your hard-earned money on them.

Returns & RefundsI recently bought a hair care product from this company, but it wasn't what I expected at all. When I used it, my hair felt super dry and brittle, almost like straw. So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team for help, but all they did was tell me to watch some videos on how to use the product. When I asked about returning it for a refund or exchange, they said they only take back unopened items. This policy really bothered me because I think customers should be able to return something if it doesn't work for them. It's a warning to buyers - no returns for products that suck, even if you don't open them. How are people supposed to know if they want something if they can't even try it out?

Returns & RefundsI recently bought the 3-step system and it didn't meet my expectations. They didn't mention on the website that you need a diffuser for it to work. I used it twice and let it air dry, but it didn't give me the results I wanted. It took too much time for me because I have a busy life. Also, I was surprised to find out they don't give refunds, which they didn't say clearly on the website. LUS Brands should be more honest about their refund policy to prevent unhappy customers. I wasn't happy with my purchase and wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.

Returns & RefundsI was really looking forward to trying out this product after hearing so many great reviews, but it turned out to be a big letdown for me. Despite following the 3-part system and using the deep conditioning treatment, my hair ended up feeling dry and fragile, the opposite of what I had hoped for. I gave it a few more tries in case it was just my hair getting used to it, but things only went downhill with each use. My scalp started getting oily and my curls lost their bounce. I attempted to get a refund, but I was out of luck as it was past the return period. I ended up shelling out almost $70 on products that did more harm than good. I had to go back to my old reliable hair products from the drugstore to try and fix the damage.
