CommunicationSo, I bought some hair products recently and I gotta say, I was not impressed at all with the quality or the customer service. The stuff they sent me was not up to snuff, and didn't deliver on the promises they made online. I tried reaching out to them about my issues, but they straight up ignored my emails and didn't bother to respond. It's frustrating when a company says to contact them, but then they don't even listen to what you have to say. Honestly, my whole experience with them was a letdown, and I wouldn't suggest anyone waste their money with them.
