I bought the curl defining system from this company hoping it would help my curls look better and easier to manage. But, after I used it just once, I was so let down. My hair felt heavy and not even clean, plus my curls looked frizzy even after I tried to style them with a diffuser. I thought maybe I should give it another shot, thinking it might need a few tries to work, but sadly, I got the same bad results. I feel like I wasted my money on a product that didn't do what it promised. I wish I had researched more before buying from this company so I would've known what to expect.

I tried that Love UR Curls All in One Wavy Step 3 product and it just made my hair look so greasy and flat! I used it a few times and my scalp started feeling itchy and irritated. It was such a pain to wash out and now my hair is falling out! I'm pretty sure there are some harsh chemicals in it. I will definitely not be using LUS products again after this bad experience.
