CommunicationI tried to reach out to them to get my watch battery replaced, and it's been 3 days with no response! Seriously, it's just a quick question about the cost, why can't they take a moment to reply? I've spent a good chunk of change on their products, they should at least have the decency to respond to me. I am not impressed with their customer service at all.
