Sat on my couch with the box thinking I'd finally solved bra shopping online, but I had doubts about their chart. I had measured, followed the guide, even double-checked the size notes because I'm pretty petite. Shipping took about a month, which made me second-guess everything. When the three bras arrived, they were three different sizes — none matched what the chart promised. One was passable for lounging, the other two were unwearable. Customer service told me the smallest cup start is 38 and because I'm a 25 there was nothing they could do beyond offering $7 back on a $50+ purchase. That's the part that really annoyed me. I use these for everyday wear — work from home, quick grocery runs, the usual — so fit matters. At this point my initial doubts were confirmed, not eased. Still, the fabric and construction on the one that fit were decent, so it's not a total loss. I'd say be cautious, maybe use a credit card for protection, and don't expect meticulous sizing for very petite frames.
