I almost skipped it — saw the sandals on a friend's Instagram and was wary of sizing, especially on sale. Took a chance, returned for a different fit, customer support was super friendly, really helpful.

Halfway through trying them on I remembered why I hesitated — needed something for lower-back strain after a move, and I wasn't sure these 'support' bras would do it. They're light and airy, comfy for lounging, but no real lift or support. Sizes were inconsistent and returns are a pain, so mixed feelings.

When the three bras arrived, they were three different sizes — none matched what the chart promised. One was passable for lounging, the other two were unwearable. Customer service told me the smallest cup start is 38 and because I'm a 25 there was nothing they could do beyond offering $7 back on a $50+ purchase. That's the part that really annoyed me. I use these for everyday wear — work from home, quick grocery runs, the usual — so fit matters. At this point my initial doubts were confirmed, not eased. Still, the fabric and construction on the one that fit were decent, so it's not a total loss. I'd say be cautious, maybe use a credit card for protection, and don't expect meticulous sizing for very petite frames.

Not worth the hype — their bras hardly give any support, and getting a refund was a pain. I ordered two during a weekend sale and tried them right away; day one felt like flimsy cups and weak straps. OK for lounging, but don’t expect real support or helpful service.
