PriceI was pretty annoyed when it died in under two years. First phone call didn't help—membership push and a pricey part. I almost wrote it off like other companies I've dealt with. Then, oddly, a different agent offered a partial credit and a free shipping label. That was the exact moment I relaxed a bit. Still too costly for the lifespan, but at least someone tried to help. Mixed feelings.
