TrackingHey there, I ordered two jackets online worth $500 a couple of weeks ago but still haven't gotten them. I didn't even have a tracking number, so it's been hard to keep an eye on my package. I've tried emailing their support team multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. This was my first time buying from them, and I gotta say, it's been a letdown. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my order.
