DeliveryI was checking out these awesome bags and thought it would be the perfect gift for my niece who just turned 12 last week. I ordered it online and had a question about when it would arrive, so I sent them an email. They were really friendly and answered my question, making sure I would get the bag in time for her party. It arrived right on schedule and she absolutely adored it! Hands down, the best gift ever!

DeliveryI was waiting and waiting for my new backpack that I ordered online. It had been over 5 weeks and I still hadn't received anything! Finally, I decided to send them a message to see what was going on. Lin got back to me and said they were super busy and it would be several more weeks before my order was ready. I told her I knew orders were taking longer than usual and that's why I ordered so early, but I needed it for a holiday and I was in Australia so it would take longer to arrive. Lin was super nice and said she would hurry my order along so it would ship out in a few days. Thanks Lin for helping me out!
