Lily and Bean - Reviews and experiences

I ordered something for my daughter's 30th birthday and was expecting it to arrive in 3-4 weeks. But then I got an email saying it would actually take 6 weeks. I was worried it wouldn't come in time, so I contacted customer service. Lin got back to me right away and promised to speed up my order by April 15th. I really appreciated her quick action and dedication to helping me. Today, on April 23rd, I got an update that my order has been sent out.
