OverallI've been a customer of this company for many years, back when they were in Florida. I've bought a lot of pens at really good prices from their outlet store over the years. Even after they moved to Tennessee, I kept supporting them because I liked their products. But lately, I've noticed some changes in their discounts and free shipping policies that have been confusing and annoying. Recently, I had a problem with an order and found out that cancelling it within an hour wasn't as easy as I thought. Because of all these issues, I've decided to stop buying from this company.
