Levenger - Reviews and experiences

Hey there, as a customer, I bought some stuff recently and was bummed to see that some of the items were on back order after I got part of my order. It would've been nice to know beforehand, would have saved me some time and trouble. When I reached out to customer service, I got different arrival dates for the back-ordered items, which just made things more confusing and annoying. The lack of clear communication during the ordering process left me with a bad impression, and now I'm thinking twice about buying from this company again.

The leather notebooks were okay, but I was really let down by the way they handled the communication and shipping. Even though I ordered stuff early, it took a whole 8 days for them to even send it out. They didn't reply to any of my emails or calls asking about my order, which was super annoying and uncool. I've been a customer for a long time, but this whole thing has made me not want to shop there anymore.

I just bought two pens at Levenger because they had a sale - buy one, get one free. I got charged right away but then didn't hear anything about my order for a while. When I asked about it, they told me only one pen had been shipped. I didn't get any updates about the second pen or why they charged me so soon. It felt like their customer service was lacking in communication and transparency.
