Returns & Refundstheir form didn’t save my entry, I never got any kind of return code or email copy, and they asked me to include a written note in the parcel (yes, on paper). For a while I was pretty frustrated and kept thinking they’d never follow through. The moment I felt satisfied was when the refund finally showed in my account and I received a clear reference number — I could actually see it was processed. It took longer than it should and the process is old-school and clunky, but once it was done I was relieved and a bit impressed they saw it through.
