Servicepeople being yelled at, pushed to keep selling even when they’re sick, or fired during sick leave. That kind of culture matters to me — I’d rather buy from places where staff are respected. Price didn’t match the stated quality either; items labelled cashmere sounded dubious. I’ve dealt with sketchy brands before so I’m not naive, but this one mixed decent delivery with poor service and ethics. Proceed carefully, ask questions, and maybe compare with retailers who’ve earned a better rep. A little hope they sort it out, though.
