Price didn’t match the stated quality either; items labelled cashmere sounded dubious. I’ve dealt with sketchy brands before so I’m not naive, but this one mixed decent delivery with poor service and ethics. Proceed carefully, ask questions, and maybe compare with retailers who’ve earned a better rep. A little hope they sort it out, though.
