TrackingI ordered the XP3.0 ebike from Lectric Ebikes back in May, but the whole process was a disaster. There wasn't any shipping information available on their site when I bought it, which was already not cool. Two weeks later, I finally got a shipping confirmation, but it was just for the bike accessories, not the actual bike! When I reached out to customer service, all they did was say sorry and randomly mentioned they upgraded my brakes for free, even though I had already ordered the bike with them. I contacted them AGAIN and this guy named "Andrew" said the bike wouldn't ship for another month and promised to send the shipping invoice by the end of June. Surprise, surprise, it never arrived. It's now the first week of July and I'm still waiting for my bike. I don't mind waiting, but I do mind being misled and treated like I don't know what's happening. At least they refunded me quickly, so that's something.
