I bought a foundation palette and some eyeshadow from this company not long ago and when they finally came in the mail, they were totally crushed. I reached out to customer service and they said sorry for the hassle and promised me a refund. But it's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten any money back. I've sent them loads of emails and haven't gotten a single response. It's been really annoying and upsetting, especially because I paid good money for these items.
