My recent experience with the online boutique was so disappointing. I ordered a blouse from their website and it took over three weeks for it to arrive. When it finally came, I was so surprised to see that they had sent me the wrong item - a dress instead of the blouse I wanted, and to make it worse, it wasn't even the right size. I emailed customer service right away to fix the mistake, but they said I could just keep the dress and they'd send the right one. By then, it would have been 6 weeks since I placed my order. I was so frustrated with the mix-up and the wait, so I just asked for a refund for the blouse. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't got my money back. Overall, dealing with this online boutique has been a real letdown.

Hey there, so I bought these slippers back in January from Lattelier, right? But let me tell you, they were just awful. Like, as soon as I got them, I reached out to their customer service to try and return them. They sent me over to their after-sales department and I did everything they told me to do. I asked for a return label but didn't hear back at all. So, for 11 long months, I kept sending emails every month, but they just kept ignoring me. Can you believe that? 11 months of trying to return something and getting nowhere! When I finally asked about the return, they had the nerve to say it was too late because I missed the 14-day return period. Like, seriously? It's just not right how they can ignore a customer for so long and then use some rule to not let me return it. Their phone number is useless, the chat doesn't work, and they never answer emails. If you're thinking of buying from them, just watch out for their terrible customer service and lack of responsibility.
