My water filter wand broke after a year of using it and I was super upset, eh. But then I reached out to customer service and this awesome lady named Irena helped me out, ya know? She was so quick to respond and really tried her best to fix the problem. I felt like a super special customer and now I'll keep buying from them for sure, eh!

Personalized water bottle purchase

I just bought a customized water bottle as a gift for my daughter who's heading off to college. Unfortunately, there was a defect in the filter of one of the bottles. But I have to say, the customer service team did a great job at quickly responding to my email and sending out a replacement right away. The product itself is really good quality, and I'm happy with my purchase.

I got this awesome water bottle that lights up when I take a sip from it. It's like pure magic, but then it suddenly stopped working, and I was pretty bummed out about it. So I decided to shoot an email to customer service, and they actually helped me figure out the problem. Unfortunately, they couldn't repair it, so they sent me a brand new one at no cost! Now I can keep hydrating in a fashionable way.

I gotta say, I wasn't sure about buying a water bottle and pitcher at first, but man, I'm glad I did. The water tastes amazing and the design and how they work are top-notch. My water bottle cap broke just after I got it. I was so disappointed, but the customer service folks were amazing! I filed a claim and this lady named Marissa sorted me out with a new cap. They didn't have the color I wanted, so I had to wait a bit, but Marissa added an extra loop thingy for the inconvenience. I can't wait for my package to show up!
