I got myself a stainless steel water bottle and a UV water purifier from the store not too long ago. I'm really loving both of them, but I was kinda bummed to see that the swig top had a little scratch and dent when it arrived because it wasn't packaged properly. It wasn't bad enough to send it back, but still a bit annoying. Better packaging could have definitely avoided this problem.

Hey there! So, I ran into a bit of a snag with my filter delivery recently. It wasn't the company's fault, but rather the local postal service causing the delay. The customer service crew at the company really came through for me though, super helpful and quick to respond. It took a few tries because of the postal service being slow, but they stuck with it until it was sorted. I was seriously impressed by how knowledgeable and professional the team was, and best of all, they made sure I was happy with how things turned out.

So, I went and got this water bottle and pitcher from this place, eh? I was really pumped because they looked awesome and they help make tap water safe to drink. But when I ordered the filters, they didn't all come at the same time like I expected. I reached out to customer service and they sorted it out super quick, sending me the missing filters right away. And on top of that, the water bottle and pitcher are doing an amazing job, so now I feel more confident about drinking tap water, you know?
