CommunicationI just bought this really neat water bottle that purifies water with UV light, and it was working great until the lid broke. I contacted customer service, and we went back and forth until they finally sent me a replacement lid. But then, the new lid stopped working after a few weeks. I tried reaching out by email multiple times, but got no response. It wasn't until I left a public review that they finally replied and sent me another replacement lid. It's annoying that I had to go to social media for them to pay attention, and this whole situation has been a real pain.
