DeliveryI still can picture the driver setting the box down on the side of the road—literally a quarter mile from my porch—while it poured. By the time I walked over it had vanished. I called FedEx and was told Laifen has to start the claim, which felt odd because in other cases I could file myself. Laifen has had my $105 for ten days and keeps saying they’re "investigating" so I can’t get a straight answer or a refund. I can’t reach a FedEx rep either. It’s been a frustrating runaround; service that drags its feet like this makes me hesitant to order here again, even if the product itself seemed fine.
