ServiceGot this last month for a birthday — arrived fast and nicely boxed, so first impression was solid. Opened it and the fragrance was completely different from what I ordered. The scent itself isn't bad, actually; it's usable at home, but not what I paid for. I phoned customer support right away to ask for a refund or exchange. The rep was abrupt and unhelpful, honestly rude, and later their follow-up email asked me to rate the purchase then shot back a reply basically telling me to shop elsewhere and thanking me for a bad review. So product works but the service ruins it. Won't trust them again without proof they fixed this.
