So I had to send in a pair of my pants for repair at this place, and man, it was a total bust. I was super excited about my pants before all this went down, but now they've gone and lost my $300 pants that I sent in just to get a button fixed. So now I went from having 5 pairs of pants to only having 2 left. And on top of that, they're saying they never got my pants in the first place, even though I used the label they provided. It's pretty disappointing to see them shrug off any responsibility for what happened. Like, they didn't even try to fix things or offer to make it right. It seems like they care more about rich customers than regular folks just looking for good service. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going there, be careful and watch out for these issues.

So I got this coat as a gift not too long ago, right? And guess what, it started falling apart after just two months. I reached out to customer service, hoping to get some help, but all they offered was a lousy 30% off coupon. That definitely didn't cut it because the coat couldn't even be fixed or exchanged. The quality of the coat was a letdown, and the customer service was seriously lacking.
