The outdoor pants I picked up from here are awesome! They're really durable and seem like they'll last a lifetime. I've been shopping here forever and I really appreciate how well their products hold up. The customer service is top-notch too. They always respond to my emails and genuinely try to make things right. Some of their other items like the shirts and jackets could be improved, but overall it's a pretty great brand. Sure, their products might not be the cheapest, but you're definitely getting top-notch quality. So if you're in the market for some cool outdoor gear, this is the spot to hit up!

I just got some shorts and pants from here, and the quality of the material is amazing, super durable. They resist stains and feel nice and light, really comfortable. But here's the thing - the zippers on all of them just won't stay up! It's a major hassle and makes me feel unsure wearing them. The flex seam above the knee caused the fabric to start fraying and, before I knew it, there were holes in 'em - total bummer. I was expecting these pants to last longer, especially for the price I paid. Now I gotta toss 'em in the garbage after only wearing them a few times.

So, I called up customer service to sort it out, and they straight up told me they knew about the problem but weren't gonna give me my money back. They said they would fix the pants but also mentioned they were gonna stop using snap buttons in the future. I feel like that's not cool on their part. I expect to get a product that works properly, and if it doesn't, I wanna be compensated somehow. It's kinda messed up that they kept selling these pants even though they knew they had issues. If you care about quality and good customer service, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I recently bought a winter jacket from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the quality. I've got another jacket from them that's been great for years, so I was hoping for the same level of toughness and workmanship.
