Purchased faulty pants

Returns & Refunds

I bought these pants recently, eh? But, you know what? The darn button just won't stay closed! So I reached out to customer service to see about getting a new pair, only to find out I can only do it online. Bummer, eh? I'm not the best at using websites, so now I'm stuck playing this game of button snap or my pants fall down every time I move.

Dark khaki RYDR pants

Returns & Refunds

I bought these dark khaki RYDR pants for $99, and man, I gotta say, they were a huge letdown. I did everything by the book when it came to washing them, but after just one wash, the color faded big time. It's all blotchy now and they look awful. I tried talking to customer service, showed them pics of the pants, but Kuhl wouldn't take 'em back or give me my money back. So disappointing and frustrating. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of buying these pants - the quality is seriously lacking.

$329 coat

Returns & Refunds

I bought this coat from the company for $329, and sadly, it started falling apart after only a few wears. The pockets were getting holes, feathers were coming out, and the threads were unraveling. Since it was still under warranty, I decided to return it for a new one. But when the box got back to the company, they said the coat was missing from the bag inside. They blamed the Postal Service, but I can't imagine the coat vanished by itself. Now I don't have a winter coat and I'm really frustrated with the company's lack of help.

Purchased defective pants, received voucher, used it towards a defective jacket

Returns & Refunds

I recently had a pretty bad experience with this company. My wife bought me some pants that ended up being defective, so we had to return them. But instead of getting a refund, we only got a voucher. We used that voucher to buy a more expensive jacket, but guess what? Yep, the jacket was also defective. When we tried to return it for our money back or store credit, they said no. It felt like they were stealing from us, just like getting robbed in broad daylight, kinda like being mugged on the subway in New York. Honestly, it was super frustrating and just not a good experience at all.

Online purchase of pants for husband

Returns & Refunds

So, I bought my husband some pants online but they didn't fit him right when they arrived. He's got skinny legs, so finding the right size is always a bit of a struggle. We sent the pants back, but got hit with a surprise charge for the return. When we ordered a smaller size, they ended up being too tight around his waist. Then, we tried to exchange for a bigger size, but were told we could only make a return and get a gift card after they deducted some amount. This whole process has left us feeling really frustrated and unhappy. We lost 20% of what we originally paid for the pants because of this exchange mess. We're down in Central Florida, so we can't make it to a physical store to try on different sizes, which just adds to our annoyance.
