Returns & RefundsI gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service I got when I bought something online recently. I asked to exchange for a different size, but they ended up sending me the wrong item instead of just giving me the size I needed. It was a total waste of time for me and for them. It's just crazy to me that they'd spend more money on shipping the wrong thing back and forth instead of just making it simple and sending the right size. I wouldn't suggest buying from their website, you can find their stuff for better prices in boutiques.
