Returns & RefundsSo I bought these swaddle wraps before my baby was born and when I tried them out after he arrived, I could tell right away that they weren't good quality. I mean they weren't even safe for him to sleep in, which freaked me out as a parent. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if they could extend the return policy but no luck, they couldn't really help me out. Their policy was so rigid and it was really frustrating, especially since a lot of us parents buy stuff early. In the end, it was just a waste of money.
